Marina Bifsha is the Head of Customer Success at Agroknow, the food safety intelligence company that predicts & prevents food safety risks through AI & data analytics. Over the past few years, she has been leading the Customer Success function to provide clients with support, guidance, and resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives and company food safety goals - all with a shared interest in reducing food safety risk in the supply chain.
Mihalis Papakonstantinou is the Head of the Data Services Team at Agroknow, the food safety intelligence company that predicts food risks to help companies prevent them. He has been involved with FOODAKAI since day#1, designing and implementing its data platform that currently contains more than 900M food safety related data points. Over the past years, he has supported numerous clients in the food and agriculture sector with their data aggregation challenges and he has worked on providing data-powered solutions to sectors varying from academic institutes and media to financial institutions.
