Carmella Rashed, Global Director of Regulatory Affairs at Bimbo QSR, specializes in implementing risk management protocols for food manufacturing and quality control. With a focus on regulatory compliance, she serves as a liaison across five continents, providing technical expertise on legal issues related to food fraud, allergen management, packaging, and pesticide legislation. Engaged with Codex and GFSI working groups, Carmella contributes to legislative impacts on global food supply and safety in over 180 countries. Formerly in the food manufacturing and QSR industries, she led projects under FDA, USDA, MFDS, COFEPRIS, Health Canada, SAMR, NHC, ANMAT, FSANZ, and EFSA regulations. Carmella holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing, an MS in Agricultural Economics, and a BS in Food Science.
Iraklis Posnakidis is the Software Engineering Lead at Agroknow.
Over the past years, he has worked in the IT industry as a Software Engineer and has experience as a Software Engineering Lead from various teams he has been a part of until now. He specializes in Web Application Development & Engineering, including in his quiver technologies such as Ruby, Ruby On Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, AngularJS, Relational Databases, Non-Relational Databases, REST APIs. He has been extensively involved in design, specification and implementation of integrations with 3rd Party systems, such as ERPs, WMSs and various other types of systems. He has participated in numerous custom & dedicated pipeline projects and SaaS products as Lead, Coordinator and Engineer.
